This Savvy City Girl loved Alexandra Jacobs' article that ran in the The New Yorker last week about Polyvore, a website that allows you to mix and match outfits from real designers and stores. All online, all free of charge. According to Jacob, the site already has 1.4 million registered users worldwide and counting, "two hundred thousand of whom are...dedicated “creators”: amateur stylists who put together thirty thousand sets a day and post them on Facebook, Twitter, and their personal blogs."
