4. Casual safari gets mileage out of cargo pants.
5. Wear color on those rainy days and accessorize with a bright-colored scarf and umbrella.
6. Wearing booties? Keep those legs bare. And your outerwear accessories don't have to match your dress.
7. Add a spring colored hat on a cloudy day.
